Program Benefits
Instructor to student ratio is kept small in order to
give individual attention. Proper technique and fundamentals will be emphasized.
In addition to learning proper mechanics, young players will learn the Play Hard All The Time philosophy and learn how to be leaders on and off the field. Respect for teammates and opponents is number one.
P2™ is a development program primarily for kids ages 8 to 14 years old interested in developing their skills.
The programs uses a variety of resources available at MVP Arena to ensure that your child is able to progress in their development:
- World class batting ranges
- 120' indoor turf field for fielding practice
- Portable pitching mounds for pitching practice
- Interactive Games:
- Pitcher's Duel
- Double Play
We offer a professionally designed program 15 years in development by Rafael Maldonado.

- Open enrollment - can join anytime for pro-rated fee.

Director of Baseball
Ralph is the founder of P.H.A.T.T. Players Academy. Using the guiding principle that gives the school its name, Play Hard All The Time, Ralph pulls the kids to achieve their best and instills discipline and good sportsmanship.
Ralph uses his professional baseball experience and over 15 years of coaching experience to guide him in running the camps and clinics at MVP Arena.
Ralph's great attitude also helps to create an enjoyable baseball program for all ages. He has a great history of working with young players and developing their skills, but most importantly, they learn and enjoy the game of baseball. |
