Q. What is included in you basic package?
A. Please visit weekend party page to review the basic package.
Q. What do we need to hold a party time and date?
A. You need to give us a $100 deposit and the rest is to be paid the day of the event.
Q. Can I have 2 guests of honor?
YES, You can have a two guest of honor party for an additional charge of $45. Both guests of honor get their own T-shirt and customized invitations.
Q. Is it only our guests playing on the inflatables / field during our party?
A. Yes.
Q. Is it only our guests in the facility during our party?
A. No. We provide you with a private time on the inflatables, then on the open field, and in one of two party areas; however, our batting ranges and the arcade remain open to the public.
Invitations
Q. How many guests can I invite?
We have parties and seating for up to 30 guest and also have additional seating for parents. Our basic party package starts out with 20 guest (parents can jump for free).
Q. Why do we have to put 10 minutes time sooner than our party actually starts on our invitations?
We suggest that your guests have a 10 minute window to arrive (As many guest will be 15 minutes late. This way all of your party guests will be there when your party starts, to hear the rules and get your child's full play time.
Can you mail out invitations?
Yes, we can. There is a $3.00 fee to mail out invitations.
Q. How many children can attend a party at MVP Arena
A. The standard party is for 20 children. We can accomodate parties up to 30 children using our standard format; however, larger parties will require special planning and pricing.
Q. What if I have more than 20 children?
Party packages start at 20 attendees. Additional attendees up to 24 will be $15 extra per attendee on the weekend and $12 during the week. Over 24 attendees will be charged for a 30 attendee party.
Q. How do you count guests?
A. If a parent has chosen to stay and watch the party and, they have a second child, they can play for free if they are under 6 years of age. They must be supervised at all times by the parent.
Food and Drink
Q. Are drinks provided as part of a party?
We do not bundle food as part of the package; however, we do have agrements with both Stuft Pizza and Una Mas to provide high quality food at retail prices.
Q. Are drinks provided as part of a party?
We do not bundle drinks as part of the package; however, we do have a large variety of drinks available including a variety of no sugar added fruit drinks, and chocolate milk.
Q. Can we bring our own food?
For your convenience we have signed contracts with a local bakery, C'est Si Bon and Stuft Pizza to be able to supply you with top quality food for your party. We can take care of all your pizza, drink and cake needs. If you choose to, you can bring your own cake, cup cakes or ice cream. If you bring any other outside food there will be a $20 charge. When you order food from us we will provide all the paper products you need.
Q. What type of Pizza do you serve?
You order directly from the Stuft Pizza retail menu and the pizza's are delivered hot and fresh right before you enter the party room. The pizzas are sliced into 12 pieces for the large and 14 slices for the extra large. If you would like the pizzas to be sliced up smaller for your party please let us know in advance.
Q. When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza or party favors?
We will call you 2-4 days before your party to get a final head count and confirm your order. If you have any last minute changes to your pizza order you must contact a party host directly (do not leave a message as we will not check it in time.)
Q. What if less/more children show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza or party favor order?
If you have any last minute changes to your pizza order you must contact a party host directly (do not leave a message as we will not check it in time.) For party favors you will only be charged for what you use at the end of the party. You may bring you own party favors or balloons.
Q. How much does a pizza feed?
This will depend on your group. The general rule is to provide 2 slices of pizza per guest. This works for younger children; however, don't count on 2 slices satisfying the average teenager!

We can box up any leftovers to send home with you.
Q. Do you charge per attendee for pizza and drinks.
We do not charge a per attendee fee for food. You order as much pizza as you need.
Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
Since we are a children's party facility we do not allow alcohol.
Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my pizza and cake?
Although we setup the pizza and drinks for you, we leave the cutting of the cake up to you. If you want to avoid the hassle of a cake cutting you may want to choose a pull a part Cupcake cake- perfect for younger parties.
Q. Do you have someone that will stay with the children at all times?
Yes. Your party host will be with your group for the duration of your party.
Q. Can I give my party host a tip?
Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your party host has done a great job please feel free to tip. A 10% tip is customary but how much you give should be dependant on how your host performed.
Q. How early should I arrive before my party?
It is best if you arrive the same time your party does (10-15 minutes early). Our party host will take care of all the set-up so you don't need to. Just arrive with your guests and let our party host take care of everything.
Q. When can I setup my party area?
Your party area will be available 5 minutes before the children are finished on the field. With a grand slam par the party area will be available as soon as you arrive and you can setup the area either before your guests arrive or while the children are playing.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations, paper products in myself and set them up before my party?
With every party we provide your paper products (plates, cups napkins) and utensils free of charge. These are generic and have no theme. If you would like to bring your own theme decorations, such as plates, cups, napkins and table cloth, feel free to do so. Just make sure to let your party host know as soon as you arrive so they can set everything up for you. Just hand them your decorations and go enjoy the party.
Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
We have gone to great lengths to professionally decorate our facility, so we ask that you bring only table decorations and nothing can be hung on the walls. Absolutely no confetti or silly string will be allowed in or outside the facility. If you use them you may be subject to a $30 clean-up fee.
Q. What should my guests bring to the party?
Your guest should bring their sign waivers and a pair of socks (yes, socks are required and everyone must have a pair).
Waiver
Q. Can we put family members on the same waiver?
Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the facility if you need them.
