Team Registration
• All players must have an MVP Arena membership card in order to participate.
• An annual membership to play on a team is only $55. A seasonal membership is $15.
• Full payment is required by the start of the third game of the season or an additional penalty will be assessed. Teams will not be allowed to play in subsequent games if full payment is not received by the third game.
• Team managers are the representative for the team and are responsible for passing on any information that MVP Arena needs to communicate to each team. The team manager is also responsible for seeing that all team fees are paid on time and ensuring that his or her team is aware of all rules and policies.
• Teams must turn in a roster before their third game. Roster can be updated anytime during the season. However, players must play in at least THREE regular season games (with the same team) to be eligible for playoffs. Team(s) violating the rules may result in forfeiting their playoff game(s).
League Prizes
•A Division 1st place - Team Trophy and a $500 credit towards next season.
•B Division 1st place - $250 credit towards next season and an option to move up to A Division.
•C Division 1st place - $125 credit towards next season and an option to move up to B Division.
1st Place Team credits must be applied toward the season immediately following. Credits will only be issued if the league has met it's minimum team requirements. See registration form for more details.
Divisions
• Leagues are separated by divisions in order to group players and teams for competitive parity.
• The "A" Division is for highly skilled, experienced, and fit players. "B" and "C" are for general competitive play depending upon skill level, athletic ability, and general fitness.
• Availability of divisions on certain nights will depend upon the number of registered teams.
Equipment
• Only turf shoes designed for artificial surfaces or soft flat-soled shoes are allowed.
• Molded cleats, screw-ins, or any hard soled shoes are prohibited.
• Shin guards must be worn by all players.
Matches
• 6 v 6 (1 goalkeeper, 5 field players)
• Matches are two 23 minutes halves with a 2 minute break. "Typical" match times: 6:00pm, 6:50pm, 7:40pm, 8:30pm, 9:20pm, 10:10pm, 11:00pm. Times may vary on occasion and game times will sometimes be delayed a few minutes.
• Coed matches MUST have 3 women and 3 men on the field at ALL times

*Early registration is due a week before the league starts and needs to be paid in full. Failure to pay in full will result in being charged accordingly.
**In order to register with payments, only 2 payments will be accepted. Both payments need to be half of the full payment.
***Time Preference guarantees 70% of your games to be scheduled at your requested time.

Premier League (Monday) / Championship League (Tuesday)
“MVP Arena’s Tournament Leagues”
League Description
Division "A" consists of the top 8 teams from the previous season and is the only division that will play for a trophy and $500 credit toward the next season's team fees. All new teams to Monday and Tuesday nights must start in Division "B". Division "B" and "C" champions will win $250 (B) and $125 (C) credit toward next season's team fees, when minimum team requirements are met within each division. Monday and Tuesday night gate fee: • $3
All players and guests over the age of 3 must pay a $3 gate fee on Monday and Tuesday nights. In exchange, you will receive 3 tickets which can be used toward our concession stand, batting cages or inflatable jump houses!
