Rental Policy
We can not hold or book a rental more than 48 hours in advance of the rental day/time unless the a non-refundable deposit is paid*.
We must have customers full name, mobile phone, and email address and is required to rent or hold a field. An email is not necessary, but is highly desired, if the customer has text messaging.
Customers who wish to book a rental without a deposit must call the day of after 2pm. Same day rentals cannot be put on hold prior to 2pm.
Customers may not be allowed onto the field without full payment in advance.
No employee has the authority to lower the price of a rental.
*Deposits
1. Customers booking 48 hours or more in advance must pay ½ of the full rental.
2. Customers booking 24 hours or less in advance must pay the full amount.
