New Adult Team Sign Up Form

If you are manager that wishes to sign up for a spot in the indoor league please fill out the below form, and be sure to fill in the required fields.

 There is no charge to sign up a new team; however, once MVP Arena has found your team a spot in a league there will be a $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot.

Time Preference

We will do our best to provide each team with the majority of their games within their time preference; however, you should list all available times that your team can play so that you increase the odds that we can find you a league to play in.

Once the league nights have been determined you will be able to secure at least 60% of your games at a specific time (e.g. 6pm) for an additional $100. This will be limited to 4 teams per division and only one per time slot.
