MVP Arena is proud to provide a vibrant training and pickup play program for players looking to either improve their skills or simply looking for exercise. Participants range in skill and fitness, but everyone comes to have a good time.
One eight week Soccer Athletic Training session is the equivalent of a season's worth of practice. Our comprehensive drills will improve your touch on the ball, develop your dribbling, receiving, passing, and shooting skills. We also work on building agility and strength through stretching and fitness. So whether you are a seasoned veteran looking for a tune up or a beginner interested in exploring a new sport all skill levels are welcome at MVP's SAT Academy!
Each weekly training session will last 60 minutes followed up by a pickup play game session. Teams are formed based on evenly skilled teams.
The sessions include structured drills and exercises focusing on conditioning, technical skills, and game play.
