Team Registration
Teams and groups of players looking to form a team please use the Team registration form.
After registration the coach and/or manager will be contacted with the division assignment. The team must provide a deposit to secure a spot in the league. Full payment is required by the start of the season or an additional penalty will be assessed. Teams will not be scheduled to play unless a full payment is received by MVP Arena.
• Team managers are the representative for the team and are responsible for passing on any information that MVP Arena needs to communicate to each team. The team manager is also responsible for seeing that all team fees and membership fees are paid on time and ensuring that his or her team is aware of all rules and policies.
• Teams must turn in a roster before their third game. Roster can be updated anytime during the season. However, players must play in at least THREE regular season games (with the same team) to be eligible for playoffs. Team(s) violating the rules may result in forfeiting their playoff game(s).
League Prizes
Individual Trophies. (Issued to all 1st place teams in each division with a minimum of 6 teams per division).
Divisions
• Leagues are separated by age groups.
• Availability of divisions on certain nights will depend upon the number of registered teams.
Equipment
• Only turf shoes designed for artificial surfaces or soft flat-soled shoes are allowed.
• Molded cleats, screw-ins, or any hard soled shoes are not allowed.
• Shin guards are to be worn at all times.
• Teams must have the same colored uniforms (Except for the goalkeeper).
