Purchasing Tickets

Accessible seating is available for guests who require its specific features and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis among those guests. Accessible seating may be purchased online through the same channels and at the same times as other tickets, including during pre-sales (a presale code is required). During a presale, all tickets — accessible and non-accessible — are available online only.

Once tickets go on sale to the general public, accessible seating may also be purchased by phone through the Box Office at (518) 487-2088. In-person sales at the Box Office for all tickets, accessible and non-accessible, begin once tickets have gone on sale to the general public.

Accessible seating is limited, and tickets must be purchased at the time of booking; we are unable to hold seats for later payment. Because seating is limited, accessible seating may sell out for an event.

We encourage you to contact the Box Office to discuss your specific seating needs. Our staff will assist with accommodation options to the best of their ability. The Box Office is open during standard weekday hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and during ticketed events outside of standard hours. Calling is recommended to ensure you receive the accommodation you need, but it is not required.

Access

To enter the arena through the front entrance with a wheelchair or powerchair, proceed to the left side of the arena (Market Street side) to access a covered ramp to the Box Office entrance. You may also follow the sidewalk to the intersection, around the corner, past the Guard Shack, and through the small parking lot. From here, take the outside-access elevator to Level 3.

If this elevator is not available for use, immediately to the right of the Box Office doors, locate the alcove with automatic double doors. Go through the double doors, continue straight down the corridor through the front atrium to the elevator, and take it to Level 3.

Parking & Drop Off

Accessible parking is available on all levels of the MVP Arena Garage at 1 Market Street, Albany, NY 12207. Designated accessible spaces are located on each level, and the garage is equipped with elevators. The entrance to the arena is on Level 3. Accessible parking is also available at surrounding parking garages.

Passenger drop-off is available at three accessible curb locations:

  • South Pearl Street at the bus loading zone
  • Market Street
  • Corner of Beaver Street and South Pearl Street

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located on the concourse between sections 112 and 113 — no stairs required. There are two single-use wheelchair-accessible restrooms in this area, each with a wheelchair-accessible stall inside.

Medical Assistance

A full-service first aid station on the concourse near section 109 is supplemented by roving emergency medical technicians. Please contact a staff member if you need medical assistance. If you are unable to find a staff member, you may call (518) 487-2000 and dial 0 for an operator.
