Tickets will be available for purchase online only at Ticketmaster.com beginning at 10am on Friday, October 3. Pending availability, tickets may be purchased in person at the MVP Arena Box Office beginning at 10am on Monday, October 6.

Box Office hours are Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. Only standard admission tickets will be available at the Box Office (no presale, VIP, platinum, etc.)

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or upgrades. Prices are subject to change. There is a 2 (two) ticket limit in the GA Pit - Fan Club only. There is an overall 6 (six) ticket limit.

Prices listed on this page include facility fee and are the final price per ticket in person at the MVP Arena Box Office. Purchases on Ticketmaster will incur additional fees.

Heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic is expected to being increasing around 4pm. Additionally, there are other downtown events and construction taking place in the immediate area that will slow down traffic. Please plan to arrive as early as possible to avoid lengthy road, parking and entry delays.

CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

MVP Arena Parking Garage is located behind and attached to MVP Arena. 1 Market St., Albany, NY 12207. If parking in the MVP Arena Parking Garage, use arena entrance located on level 3.

For Eric Church, rate is $20 per vehicle (6'6" clearance). Cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless (Apple Pay/Google Wallet) are accepted methods of payment. Rates charged at surrounding garages and lots may differ and are not controlled by MVP Arena.

Availability is not guaranteed at MVP Arena Parking Garage. For additional parking options near MVP Arena, please visit Park Albany or Downtown Albany.

NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes will time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.

Brought to you by Albany County and MVP Health Care, the Mamava lactation pod is located on the atrium landing just outside the doors near sections 101/130.
