Prices listed on this page include facility fee and are the final price per ticket in person at the MVP Arena Box Office (beginning at 12pm on Monday, March 2). Purchases on Ticketmaster will incur additional service fees. Only standard admission tickets are available at the box office (no presale, VIP, platinum, discount offers, etc.). Tickets range $25-$90 in person at the MVP Arena Box Office. Tickets start at $36.95 online at ticketmaster.com.

CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited. There is no restriction on style of clear bag or clutch as long as it does not exceed the maximum size.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

MVP Arena Parking Garage is located behind and attached to MVP Arena. 1 Market St., Albany, NY 12207. If parking in the MVP Arena Parking Garage, use arena entrance located on level 3.

For Albany Firebirds, rate is $15 per vehicle (6'6" clearance). Cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless (Apple Pay/Google Wallet) are accepted methods of payment. Rates charged at surrounding garages and lots may differ and are not controlled by MVP Arena.

Availability is not guaranteed at MVP Arena Parking Garage. For additional parking options near MVP Arena, please visit Park Albany or Downtown Albany.

Concessions do not accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Download the Ticketmaster app and login with the credentials you used to purchase your tickets. Tap My Events to locate your order and view your tickets. To get in, security will scan your ticket directly from your phone.

ENCOURAGED: Add your ticket to your digital wallet before arriving to avoid weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If attending with others, you can transfer each person their ticket in advance to ensure swift entry.

Note: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes will time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.
