Prices listed on this page include facility fee and are the final price per ticket when purchased in person at the MVP Arena Box Office (beginning at 10am on Friday, April 17). Purchases on Ticketmaster will incur additional service fees. Only standard admission tickets are available at the Box Office (no presale, VIP, platinum, discount offers etc.). Box Office Hours. 

Adult tickets range $31-$64 + 8% sales tax when purchasing in person at the MVP Arena Box Office. Adult tickets start at $40.10 + 8 % sales tax online at ticketmaster.com

Discounted kids tickets (ages 2-12) are available for purchase with your adult ticket(s). Kids tickets may not be purchased without an adult ticket. Maximum of 3 kids tickets may be purchased for every 1 adult ticket purchased.

CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

MVP Arena Parking Garage is located behind and attached to MVP Arena. 1 Market St., Albany, NY 12207. If parking in MVP Arena Parking Garage, use the arena entrance located on level 3.

For Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live, rate is $25 per vehicle (6'6" clearance). Cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless (Apple Pay/Google Pay) are accepted methods of payment. Rates will vary at surrounding garages and they are not controlled by MVP Arena.

Availability is not guaranteed at MVP Arena Parking Garage. For additional parking options near MVP Arena, please visit Park Albany or Downtown Albany.

Guests are strongly encouraged to not bring strollers. If you must bring one, please be advised there will be designated stroller parking areas located just before reaching the security checkpoint. You will not be able to bring your stroller past the checkpoint or into the seating area of the arena.

Security will scan your ticket directly from your phone.

ENCOURAGED: add your ticket to your digital wallet before arriving to avoid weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If attending with others, you can transfer each person their ticket in advance to ensure swift entry.

NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes will time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.

Concessions do not accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Visit the Broadview Reverse ATM, located on the concourse near Section 126, to exchange cash for a Mastercard prepaid card. Cash must be converted to a prepaid card for use at concession and merchandise stands.

There is no activation fee. Cards may be issued in amounts from $20 to $500; the first bill inserted must be $20 or larger, followed by any denomination. A digital receipt will be sent via text message. Any remaining balance can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

The Hot Wheels Pre-Show Party is an event that gives fans exclusive access to their favorite Hot Wheels Monster Trucks up close! This unique experience allows fans to enter the competition floor before the show and get their minds blown by the outrageous design and epic size of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks.

The Pre-Show Party begins at 11:30am and ends at 12:45pm. Entry will take place in the main atrium of MVP Arena located at the South Pearl Street entrance.

Admittance to the Pre-Show Party ends at 12:30pm so please plan to arrive early. There are no refunds for late arrivals.

All fans ages 2 and up must have a main event ticket for the show immediately following the Pre-Show Party as well as a Pre-Show Party ticket in order to enter. All guests participating must have a ticket. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. No exceptions.
