Purchases on Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment. No action is required. All other refunds may be requested at point of purchase through December 30.

What does "point of purchase" mean?

How you may request a refund depends on how/where you bought your ticket(s).

• If you purchased on ticketmaster.com, You don't need to do a thing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
• If you bought in person at the MVP Arena Box Office, return your ticket(s) to the box office and our staff will refund to your original payment method. Box Office hours can be found here.
• If you bought by any other method, you will need to reach out to the seller directly.

MVP Arena Box Office can only refund tickets that were purchased at the Box Office.
