Prices listed on this page include facility fee and are the final price per ticket at the MVP Arena Box Office. Purchases on Ticketmaster will incur additional service fees. Only standard admission tickets are available at the Box Office (no presale, VIP, platinum, discount offers, etc.). Box Office hours can be found here

Tickets range $44.50-$74.50 in person at the MVP Arena Box Office. Tickets start at $58.20 online at ticketmaster.com

If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds may be requested at point of purchase through November 9.

What does "point of purchase" mean?

How you may request a refund depends on how/where you bought your ticket(s).

• If you purchased on ticketmaster.com, login to your Ticketmaster account and go to "My Tickets", find the event and look for the "Request Refund" button. Follow the instructions to request your refund.
• If you bought in person at the MVP Arena Box Office, return your ticket(s) to the box office and our staff will refund to your original payment method. Box Office hours can be found here.
• If you bought by any other method, you will need to reach out to the seller directly.

MVP Arena Box Office can only refund tickets that were purchased at the Box Office.

CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited. Style of clear bag does not matter as long as it does not exceed 12x6x12". There is no restriction on style of clear bag or clutch as long as it does not exceed the maximum size.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

The following items (including but not limited to) are prohibited:

• professional cameras
• video/audio recorders including GoPro and stick style HD cameras
• weapons of any kind
• backpacks
• outside food and beverage
• glass items
• fireworks
• laser pens, glow sticks
• banners on poles
• selfie sticks
• umbrellas
• poster tubes

Concessions do not accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Security will scan your ticket directly from your phone. We highly encourage you to add your ticket to your digital wallet for quicker access and to avoid weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If attending with others, you can transfer each person their ticket in advance to ensure swift entry.

Note: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes do time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.

For Homecoming Weekend, rate is $10 per vehicle (6'6" clearance). Cash and cards are accepted methods of payment. Rates charged at surrounding garages and lots may differ and are not controlled by MVP Arena.

If parking in MVP Arena Parking Garage, use the arena entrance located on level 3.
