Prices listed on this page include facility fee and are the final price per ticket when purchased in person at the MVP Arena Box Office (beginning at 10am on Tuesday, November 10). Purchases on Ticketmaster will incur additional service fees. Only standard admission tickets are available at the Box Office (no presale, VIP, platinum, discount offers etc.). Box Office Hours. 

12pm shows: Tickets range $37.40-$86 when purchasing in person at the MVP Arena Box Office. Adult tickets start at $48.90 online at ticketmaster.com

6pm show: Tickets range $26.60-$64.40 when purchasing in person at the MVP Arena Box Office. Adult tickets start at $34.80 online at ticketmaster.com

CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

MVP Arena Parking Garage is located behind and attached to MVP Arena. 1 Market St., Albany, NY 12207. If parking in MVP Arena Parking Garage, use the arena entrance located on level 3.

Rate is $25 per vehicle (6'6" clearance). Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted methods of payment. Rates will vary at surrounding garages and they are not controlled by MVP Arena.

Availability is not guaranteed at MVP Arena Parking Garage. For additional parking options near MVP Arena, please visit Park Albany or Downtown Albany.

Guests are strongly discouraged from bringing strollers. If you must bring one, please be advised there will be designated stroller parking areas located just before reaching the security checkpoint. You will not be able to bring your stroller past the checkpoint or into the seating area of the arena.

Security will scan your ticket directly from your phone.

• Tap My Events to locate your order, view tickets, transfer tickets

ENCOURAGED: add your ticket to your digital wallet before arriving to avoid weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If attending with others, you can transfer each person their ticket in advance to ensure swift entry.

NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes will time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.

Concessions do not accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Visit the Broadview Reverse ATM, located on the concourse near Section 126, to exchange cash for a Mastercard prepaid card. Cash must be converted to a prepaid card for use at concession and merchandise stands.

There is no activation fee. Cards may be issued in amounts from $20 to $500; the first bill inserted must be $20 or larger, followed by any denomination. A digital receipt will be sent via text message. Any remaining balance can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Start your day of fun at the Monster Jam^® Pit Party and see the massive trucks up close, meet your favorite drivers and crews, get autographs, take pictures and enjoy other family-friendly activities. Plus, this fun-filled experience is the only place to get an insider’s look at how these 12,000-pound Monster Jam trucks are built to stand up to the competition. Activities vary by location. The Monster Jam Pit Party—where the fun begins.

Pit Party is only available prior to the 12pm shows. Fans must have a pit pass ticket and event ticket immediately following the pit party in order to attend. Everyone attending the Pit Party, regardless of participation, must have a Pit Party ticket as well as an event ticket immediately following the Pit Party. This includes all children (ages 2 & up), as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. No refunds for late arrivals.
