Audience tickets may be purchased through participating schools or americanyoungvoices.com through June 1. Beginning on Tuesday, June 2, tickets will only be available for purchase in person at the box office beginning at 10am. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be seated in direct view of your school and/or placed with your school community. Tickets at the box office will be $40.

CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited. There is no restriction on style of clear bag or clutch as long as it does not exceed the maximum size.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

The following items (including but not limited to) are prohibited:

• professional cameras including any camera with a detachable or extended lens, regardless of size
• video/audio recorders including GoPro and stick style HD cameras
• iPad and other tablets
• weapons of any kind
• backpacks
• outside food and beverage
• glass items
• fireworks
• laser pens, glow sticks
• banners on poles
• selfie sticks
• umbrellas

Limited concession stands will be open. Concessions do not accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Visit the Broadview Reverse ATM, located on the concourse near Section 126, to exchange cash for a Mastercard prepaid card. Cash must be converted to a prepaid card for use at concession and merchandise stands.

There is no activation fee. Cards may be issued in amounts from $20 to $500; the first bill inserted must be $20 or larger, followed by any denomination. A digital receipt will be sent via text message. Any remaining balance can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

MVP Arena Parking Garage is located behind and attached to MVP Arena. Use 1 Market St, Albany, NY 12207 for GPS.

For American Young Voices, rate is $10 per vehicle (6'6" clearance). Cash and cards are accepted methods of payment. Rates charged at surrounding garages and lots may differ and are not controlled by MVP Arena.

Guests are strongly discouraged from bringing strollers. If you must bring one, please be advised there will be designated stroller parking areas located just before reaching the security checkpoint. You will not be able to bring your stroller past the checkpoint or into the seating area of the arena.
