CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited.

There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags. For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

Magic Pass will run from 5:30 - 6:00pm on the main court. Doors open 2 hours before the game and guests are encouraged to arrive early.

Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and the Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-game, MAGIC PASS begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you'll never forget.

All customers must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on the court.  Everyone attending Magic Pass, regardless of participation, must have a Magic Pass ticket as well as a game ticket. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please arrive and check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to game time (by 6:15pm) courtside at the announcer’s table.

Your Court Pass gets you down to the floor for an up close and personal view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame shootaround. You’ll have exclusive access to the court, where you have the opportunity to see the players warm-up their World Record breaking shots and skills. Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time. Late arrivals will not be refunded. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied. Each person wanting to access the court must purchase the Celebrity Court Pass. Reminder that a ticket to the main event is also required.

The best game access for the biggest basketball fans! Your CELEBRITY COURT PASS gets you center court and one-on-one, for an up close and personal view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame warm-ups! You'll have exclusive access to the court, where you have the opportunity to see and interact with the entire team while they warm-up their World Record breaking shots and skills and snap on-court player photos - plus receive a commemorative lanyard! Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 15, unforgettable minutes.  Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open.

Security will scan your ticket directly from your phone.

• Tap My Events to locate your order, view tickets, transfer tickets

ENCOURAGED: add your ticket to your digital wallet before arriving to avoid weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If attending with others, you can transfer each person their ticket in advance to ensure swift entry.

NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes will time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.

Concessions do NOT accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Guests are strongly encouraged to not bring strollers. If you must bring one, please be advised there will be designated stroller parking areas located just before reaching the security checkpoint. You will not be able to bring your stroller past the checkpoint or into the seating area of the arena.
