Event Details
Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures will whisk families away on an immersive getaway chock-full of magical participatory moments. Featuring new and classic tales, this multi-generational experience visits Albany playing January 1-4 at MVP Arena.
Hit the road with Mickey Mouse and his pals for a high-octane ride in Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures. Exciting twists and turns await as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and guests of all ages embark on an interactive and memory-rich adventure to iconic Disney destinations.
All guests ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket.
Group Sales are not available.

About the show
Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures
See the world from the rooftops of London with Mary Poppins and Jack and his band of dancing lamplighters. Travel to the sun-soaked Motunui and help Moana restore the heart of Te Fiti. Set off on a safari and snap unforgettable photos of wild cheetahs and monkeys when guests traverse through the Pride Lands with Simba, Timon and Pumbaa. Discover a whole new world and be swept up in Aladdin’s princely parade filled with spectacular stunts, magical moments with Genie, and a brand-new song from Jasmine that will render the audience “Speechless.” Mosey on over to a larger-than-life comedic carnival and team up with Woody and Bo Peep as they search for their new friend Forky. Fans will hit a high note with Mickey and pals while singing along to beloved Disney tunes as they welcome Merida, Belle, Ariel, Mulan and Tiana to the ice.
Bag Policy
CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) will be allowed and do not need to be clear. Larger and other types of bags are prohibited.
There is no storage or check-in for prohibited bags.
For patrons with young children in attendance, diaper bags are allowed and subject to search.

Stroller Policy
Guests are strongly discouraged from strollers. If you must bring one, please be advised there will be designated stroller parking areas located just before reaching the security checkpoint. You will not be able to bring your stroller past the checkpoint or into the seating area of the arena.
Concessions
Concessions do NOT accept cash. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Please be advised, outside food and beverages are prohibited.
Mobile Ticketing
Download the Ticketmaster app and login with the credentials you used to purchase your tickets. Tap My Events to locate your order and view your tickets. To get in, security will scan your ticket directly from your phone.
ENCOURAGED: Add your ticket to your digital wallet before arriving to avoid weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If attending with others, you can transfer each person their ticket in advance to ensure swift entry.
Note: Your barcode includes technology to protect it. You will not be able to use a screenshot or print out. Barcodes will time out. It is recommended you open your tickets upon approaching security.
Pumping & Nursing
MVP Arena is proud to offer a Mamava lactation pod to provide a private, comfortable space for breastfeeding parents to pump or nurse. Brought to you by Albany County and MVP Health Care, the Mamava lactation pod is located on the atrium landing just outside the doors near sections 101/130. Need to step out to use the pod? Please let Security at that door know that you will be using the pod so you can return inside easily. Having trouble finding it? Please ask any of our security or guest services members for directions.

Soft sided cooler bags and pumping equipment are allowed and subject to inspection. We do not have refrigeration or storage options.

Empty water bottles are allowed.
Guests ages 2 years and older need a ticket to enter. Children under 2 are admitted without a ticket provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap.
Disney On Ice productions vary in length, but they average between one hour and a half to two hours. This includes a 15-20 minute intermission.
As part of the magical experience, several Disney On Ice show feature special effects, including a safe theatrical fog, strobe lights and dazzling special effects. We recommend contacting Feld Customer Service here for specific details about the show you are attending.
Feld Entertainment reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. This includes but is not limited to costumes and costume masks for guests 14 years of age or older, clothing with objectionable material, excessively torn clothing, clothing that exposes excessive portions of skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment, obscene or profane tattoos. Costumes are not permitted for guests 14 years and older.
For guests under the age of 14, costumes may be worn. Guests may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent. Costumes may not contain any props or accessories that resemble or could be mistaken for an actual weapon. Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike or injure another guest. Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening. Costumes may not drag or trail on the ground. Capes may be worn if the length does not go below the waist.
